About Dunk
I am not a person gifted with inherent athletic talent. My success—my ability to dunk at 175cm and squat 160kg—is purely the result of diligence and system. I simply choose to treat my training seriously, without compromise. My breakthroughs came from mastering recovery and nutrition as much as the lifting itself. I focus relentlessly on minimizing mistakes and errors in execution, both in the gym and on the plate. My philosophy is simple: Consistency beats talent. By continuously doing the right things, even small ones, over a long period, we build unstoppable athletic ability. I will teach you the exact, non-negotiable process that turned consistency into power. I can do it, and you absolutely can too!
