About Ren
My name is Ren! I've been a yogi for over 10 years now and have finally been lucky enough to turn my passion into my work. I have been deeply in awe and inspired by the incredible teachers I have had and I am so grateful to be able to pass on these teachings to others. I love all kinds of movements and firmly believe that it is a medicine of sorts and is a vital part of life. I want to inspire and encourage people to move with and in their bodies and most importantly find some fun and enjoyment while doing so.

My classes involve a wide range of dynamic movement with a focus on building strength, mobility and flexibility. A typical class will run for 60 minutes but they can run shorter or longer depending on the students needs. My approach is gentle yet encouraging as I want my students to feel like they can do anything while working within their own comfort level. All ages and levels are welcome! Classes will be modified to suit individual students needs.
