About Cyril
Tutoring is one of my passions, and is something that brings me great joy and purpose. I think it is so wonderful to be able to work with students to help them achieve their personal goals, and to see them grow into confident young people. To me, English is more than simply about a grade, but rather about developing a life skill that can change the trajectory of one's life. I am charismatic, nurturing and always expect my students to give me their best - when students are engaged, I work at my best.

I am very passionate about working with students to improve their expression and clarity. I work with students long-term, by reviewing their writing and teaching them about important approaches to writing, and also work with students to edit their essays.
I am a highly accomplished and well-respected tutor/drafter in South Australia, with 35 of my students achieving State Ranks across all levels of English and humanities.
I prefer to work with Senior students (Years 10-12), but I am open to working with all skill and age levels.
Typical classes are an hour long, or I charge a fee per assignment that requires drafting.
