About Natalia
One Harvard study showed that individuals who set goals, wrote them down with a plan to achieve them, and shared those goals with a friend had more success with their goals than individuals who only set goals and wrote them down with a plan to achieve them. To me, that friend is an accountability partner and I want to be that for my students and their academic goals. I'm here to instill effective frameworks for approaching the variety of problems you will be faced with. I'm here to navigate the tough deadlines of a class while balancing other responsibilities. I'm a results-oriented tutor with experience in intense academic environments and advanced test preparation. As a National AP scholar and seasoned university test taker, I know what it takes to achieve short term results (an A on a test) while simultaneously working towards a bigger goal (a 5 on an AP exam or an overall subject letter-grade). I was self-taught and developed concrete studying and learning strategies that worked time and time again. I am prepared to teach high school math, especially Algebra, Calculus (AB/BC), Statistics, and College-Prep math for the SAT/ACT.
Strong math foundations helped me thrive in college and I want to build those foundations for prospective college students today, one hour at a time.
