My teaching method is fun first, because if you aren't enjoying a subject then you can't fulfill your potential. I focus on the individuals strengths first, then hone in on certain weaknesses to help the individual excel to new heights. I try to pass on as much knowledge as I can, as I feel it is my responsibility.
