About Alia
I am in my penultimate year of medical school. I have a background in tutoring ranging from KS3 maths and English to GCSE science, maths and English to A level Biology, Chemistry and Physics. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science with 1st class honours.
I applied to Graduate Medicine three times and myself had a tutor for GAMSAT and so have been in your shoes and very much understand the process.
I am kind, patient and understanding of individual learning needs. I am flexible and am able to offer as much support as you need.
I have strong interest in teaching and have tutored from the age of 17 for 9 years.
I can help to guide you to increase your chances at success in your medical school applications as they are daunting and stressful.

I’m a UK medical student offering 1:1 tutoring for students applying to medicine, with a focus on medical school interviews (MMI & panel) and admissions preparation.
I help students develop clear, structured answers, build confidence under pressure, and stand out to interviewers. Sessions include realistic mock interviews, proven frameworks for common station types (ethics, communication, NHS scenarios), and detailed feedback to refine your performance.
I also support admissions test preparation including GAMSAT and UCAT as well as core subjects such as science, maths and English ensuring you can explain concepts clearly—something top universities look for.
My approach is practical and personalised: we focus on how to think, not just what to say, so you can adapt to any question on the day and achieve competitive scores in your exams.
