About

Welcome! My teaching focuses on my student's strengths and reasons for learning. I ensure that students are taught from a personalized curriculum that brings them closer to their goals while emphasizing the fundamentals that will prepare and enrich them for the next level. I am passionate about strength conditioning and basketball.

I have over 25 years of basketball knowledge. I played college basketball at different levels: JUCO, D1 and D2, Semi-pro. I have been an assistant coach at the women's division 1 NJCAA. My strongest skill has always been mid range/small forward inside/outside play. With a great understanding of court vision, score ready, compound moves, defensive positioning and footwork, I can help provide the fundamentals you need for the level.
