About Thanushan
I am a 4th year medical student at UCL. I was quite interest in sciences from a young age but I also developed an interest in economics as money is what is making the world run right now. However I study medicine in order to try help the world a small step at a time. This is also the reason I would like to tutor. In order to help young minds to try reach their potential as for me, there was only few teachers that gave me the interest to study and I hope to have that impact on my students.

I have a student tailored approach to my lessons. This is where I have a general framework for lessons but as it is supplementary to school work, I can adjust for where weakness lie in the student’s understanding, rather than reteach everything and make the student bored. I also try make it as interactive as and introduce exam practice as early as possible. Finally, I am able to be contacted throughout the week, if the student has any concerns about school, tuition homework or even about career pathways.
