About Tamara
I come with 12 years experience and an absolute love of teaching.
My previous history is very colourful and diverse - and I love to bring this into my teaching when appropriate.
I have been consulting on a Teacher Training course for the past 8 years and many of my students I have actually trained to be yoga teachers.
I truly believe that knowledge and experience is something to be shared.

I have a relaxed approach to teaching. I don't like to use complicated instructions or pointless verbal direction. My teaching and my words come from an authentic place of study. I teach from the heart with warmth and integrity and a desire to spread this wonderful yoga experience to as many people as possible.

I am 500hr trained and am qualified to teach:
Vinyasa, hatha, YIN, Hot yoga, Yoga for teens, Yoga for cancer., Seasonal Yoga.
I also teach on a 200hr Teacher Training course and co run an 50hr YIN Teacher Training Course.
I'm available for 1:1, small groups, CORP & schools.
