I am a very friendly individual who is hardworking and passionate. I am very orientated and organized. I always try to stay positive, because it helps me get things done quicker. I follow my instinct, and are very motivated. I work well with other people, because of my good people skills. I can talk easily to students, which help them feel comfortable sooner. I like teaching/tutoring to help other students to reach their full potential and understand the work they struggle with.

I use different teaching styles and methods for each individual student, that will help them to understand it better and faster. I want the students to feel comfortable with the teaching styles I use and feel free to communicate with me if they don't understand something. I'd be more than willing to find another technique that will work for them. I am focused on working hard, but know when to take a break to allow the students to take a breather.
