My Approach to Tutoring & Coaching: My teaching style is deeply personalised, reflective, and empowering. I focus on helping clients and learners develop self-awareness, critical thinking, and emotional clarity, so they can not only learn but also apply insights in real life. Techniques & Methodology: I use a blend of: Guided reflection and open-ended questioning (GROW model) Practical mindset tools for managing stress, overthinking, and low confidence Interactive discussions to build real understanding, not rote learning Real-world examples and scenarios to connect concepts with life and work I also customise each session to meet the unique needs, pace, and goals of the student or client. Lesson Duration: Typical sessions last 60 minutes, though I also offer 30-minute check-ins or longer deep-dive sessions for more advanced or focused work. Who the Sessions Are For: Teens (16+) and adults, including students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking personal or professional clarity Suitable for those experiencing: Self-doubt or anxiety Lack of direction or motivation Disconnection between goals and emotions A desire to grow, lead, and live more consciously
