I am a calm, organized, and patient English tutor who takes your progress seriously. As a university student working and studying in an English-speaking environment, I use clear, simple explanations and a structured approach so that you always know what we are doing and why. I am a student-centred English tutor who focuses on building confidence first, then accuracy. In my lessons I use clear explanations, lots of speaking practice, guided note-taking and real-life materials (articles, videos, songs, exam texts) so that students see how English works in the real world. I correct gently but precisely, showing patterns in mistakes and giving simple strategies to avoid them next time. From the first session, I ask about your goals, current level and interests so that every lesson feels relevant and motivating.
A typical 60-minute lesson starts with a short warm-up chat and review of the previous topic. Then we look at the new grammar or vocabulary in context, break it down step by step, and practise it through targeted exercises. After that, we move to freer practice – speaking, writing or problem-solving tasks – where you use the new language more naturally. We finish with feedback, a quick summary of what you learned, and a small piece of homework or reflection so you can keep progressing between lessons.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my structured yet friendly approach. I study and work in an international academic environment, so I understand both everyday and academic English, including essay writing, presentations and exam techniques. I am patient, organised and very clear in my explanations, and I always adapt my teaching style to how you learn best – visual, verbal, or practice-based.
My lessons are suitable for secondary and primary students. I teach levels from beginner to advanced, and I can also support students preparing for school exams helping them with reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
