About Homi
I am a passionate Piano tutor with 15 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with school students, college students, and working professionals, helping them achieve their musical goals through personalized instruction and consistent support.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, communication, encouragement, and practical learning. I believe that every student can succeed when lessons are adapted to their abilities and interests. My goal is to create an enjoyable learning experience that keeps students motivated.
My Piano lessons cover technique development, scales, chords, rhythm, sight reading, ear training, music theory, and performance skills. I focus on helping students understand music rather than simply memorizing songs.
In addition to Piano, I teach keyboard skills, music reading, and theory concepts that strengthen overall musicianship. I encourage students to explore different styles of music and develop their own musical voice.
One of my unique abilities is making learning easy and approachable for students of all ages. I provide clear explanations, regular feedback, and practical exercises that help students make steady progress.
My aim is to help every student become a confident and capable musician while developing a genuine love for music.

My teaching philosophy is to make piano learning simple, engaging, and rewarding for students of all ages. Through communication, creativity, flexibility, and continuous encouragement, I create a learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring music and improving their skills.
I begin with strong fundamentals such as posture, hand position, finger exercises, rhythm, note reading, and music theory. As students progress, they learn scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, expressive techniques, sight reading, pedal control, and performance preparation.
I explain every lesson using clear language and practical demonstrations. Students are encouraged to ask questions, think creatively, and practice regularly. Each lesson includes progress reviews and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
To keep learning enjoyable, I introduce a variety of musical styles while encouraging improvisation, accompaniment, and expressive performance. These activities help students become confident, independent, and versatile musicians.
In addition to piano, I teach keyboard fundamentals, music theory, ear training, rhythm development, sight reading, music appreciation, and beginner composition. These subjects strengthen overall musicianship and broaden each student's understanding of music.
My mission is to help every student build confidence, achieve their musical goals, and develop a lifelong love for piano through patient guidance and enjoyable learning experiences.
