My teaching method is a student-centered approach to learning. I will coach and facilitate your learning and overall comprehension of the material. But in the end this is an extremely personal journey to go through. As the final goal is to acquire a foundation of habits, the learning process focuses on autonomy and independence. I will switch between the roles of facilitator, personal model and delegator.
My academic experience revolves around finance and I have a keen interest in personal finance. I have done business consulting helping out with budgeting and marketing. But where I have found the most satisfaction is in helping friends and family overcome mental challenges when facing their health objectives. In a world full of media it's hard to have a healthy relationship with your body, even when you're fit. I have gone through this struggle and I would love to help others who are struggling with this problem.
