I’m an online personal trainer using the latest scientific research around fitness and overall health and wellbeing to help build out personal training programmes to drive you towards your goals. I’m a big fan of understanding what just showing up regularly can do to get you making progress to your goals. Having spent the past 9+ years in corporate roles, I have been able to modify what ‘just showing up’ looks like to achieve my own goals of entering competitive powerlifting competition, running a marathon and competing in Ironman 70.3. I specialise in: Building Strength Hypertrophic training (muscle building) Weight management and routine building to keep in shape Nutrition guidance Training technique and intensity tracking
