With over 15 years coaching experience I now specialise in strength training, sports performance and injury rehabilitation. Coaching clients to success in returning to full function and performance. Individualised health and fitness solutions are tailored to each client's needs including full body movement assessment, exercise programming, expert coaching, soft tissue therapy, and nutritional advice. You’ll find each session is both effective and empowering.

Your free consultation will be an introduction to the gym and a chance to talk through how I can help with your training. We'll discuss session frequency, payment and build a plan to move forward. The first session consists of a full movement assessment. We'll find out exactly where you're starting from and what we need to focus on. Full exercise programming is included, as is nutritional support where needed to a level you're comfortable with.
