I have a strong background in alternative yogas such as Slackline yoga, aerial yoga, acro yoga, and inversion practices with handstands, handstands and more. I also have a love for love yin yoga for a nice restorative practice to top it all off and balance the strength with relaxation for a healthy well rounded body and mind!

I like to start off with a warm up move into some strong strength exercises to continue warming up our body while becoming stronger, balanced and centered. Concentrating our focus into our body and dristy. Then moving into long holds to train our muscles to release some tension.
