About Julien
I am an ESL tutor with 10 years of experience teaching high school and college students, committed to helping learners develop strong English communication skills and academic proficiency. My teaching philosophy centres on personalised learning, where every lesson is thoughtfully designed to meet the student’s individual goals, learning style, and pace.

My ESL teaching methodology is built on the C³P framework: Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based activities that allow students to explore language with confidence and imagination.
Communication is emphasised in every lesson through discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that strengthen speaking, listening, and comprehension. I also teach related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing skills, and vocabulary enhancement for a comprehensive learning experience.
