About Luna
I am a passionate ESL tutor with 15 years of experience teaching English to High School and College students. Over the 15 years, I have successfully taught approximately 150–200 students, helping them strengthen their English skills while gaining confidence in speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
One milestone I am especially proud of is guiding students who initially struggled with English to become confident learners capable of participating in class discussions, completing assignments independently, and achieving strong academic results. Witnessing their transformation inspires me every day.
My teaching approach is structured, clear, and student-centred. I integrate grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills into each lesson, using practical exercises, real-life examples, and strategies for effective learning and retention.
I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and exploring the language. I emphasise consistent practice, celebrate progress, and help students build self-confidence alongside academic skills.
Teaching ESL is more than a profession—it is a way to empower students for lifelong success. My goal is to help learners communicate effectively, achieve academic goals, and enjoy the journey of learning English.

I teach ESL using a real-life, motivating, and student-centred approach. Lessons include case studies and practical examples to make English meaningful and easy to apply. Motivation is key—I encourage students to set goals, stay engaged, and celebrate achievements.
Problem-solving exercises develop critical thinking and allow learners to use English effectively in everyday situations. Integrity guides my teaching—I provide honest feedback and maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
Flexibility allows me to adapt lessons to each student’s pace, style, and learning needs. Besides ESL, I teach grammar, writing, reading, and conversational skills. My aim is to help students gain confidence, independence, and practical English skills they can use every day.
