I’m a yoga teacher with over 7 years of experience at some of the world’s leading studios, and I’ve taught over 10,000 students of all ages and abilities. Yoga has transformed my own life, and I love guiding others to experience that same growth—whether that’s mastering handstands and arm balances, deepening an advanced practice, or teaching yoga with confidence.
