About Samuel
I'm an aerospace engineer in Los Angeles, with a solid foundation in physics. I have a bachelor's degree in Physics and spent a memorable summer working at CERN on the Large Hadron Collider! These experiences deepened my understanding of the physical world at its most fundamental level.
Following undergrad, I spent some time living on a kibbutz in Israel, exploring ancient lands and when I got back to the States, I got a master's in space engineering from the University of Michigan, where I not only honed my technical skills but also adapted to the brisk, cold climate.
When I'm not engaged in engineering work, my interests are varied and grounded. I enjoy the tranquility of nature through hiking, the discipline of jiu-jitsu, the creativity of cooking, and the introspection found in reading and leisurely walks. Traveling, especially through Central America, has broadened my horizons, adding Spanish alongside my native Russian. All these aspects – from advanced scientific endeavors to simple daily pleasures – shape who I am.
