I’ll create a programme specifically for you, your goals and preferred training style. Training should be demanding although fun at the same time.

About the lesson

High intensity boxing and circuit training. Dynamic Stretching, boxing pad work (learn over 30 combinations), parrying (defence), body spar or full spar available dependent on experience. Circuit training, skipping, kettlebells, core, lower back specialist. Alternate sessions between boxing and strength and conditioning weight training. Full body cool down stretching at the end.
