About Alison
The Kumon programmes are tried and tested, having been started over 50 years ago. They help students improve maths and English skills but also develop confidence, concentration, self-study skills and independence.

- Classes
Kumon provides individualised maths and English programmes. Classes operate on a drop-in basis with students "dropping in" for about 30 minutes per subject during class times, once or twice a week. Each student works on their own individual development plan, studying work which complements the national curriculum in a logical and structured way. Programmes start at pre-school level, going all the way up to university level and are suitable for students who require additional support as well as for those who require additional challenge. Many of our students study above school level as the programmes encourage the development of potential and progress is at the pace of the student rather than linked to their age.
