Shilpi ma'am is very experienced and punctual, she is simply the best overall. She trains my daughter for vocal singing , I am totally satisfied so far. Also, her voice is really great and I mean it. She is like a perfect five star out of five star( rating).

After resuming singing after a gap of almost 15-16 years I was really sceptical of how it would work out. Surprisingly it was very easy and comfortable to sing infront of Shilpi di. She makes you feel at home . One of the greatest virtues of a teacher is patience, which Shilpi di has in abundance ; specially while I try the classical mukhras and the alaankars :).
She is adept at her skills and keeps the classes interesting by keeping a goodmix of modern songs ( both in Bengali and Hindi) and traditional songs of Tagore & Kazi Nazrul.
Overall she is a Sperprof ! and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in learning music.

Shilpi di is by far the best teacher for singing i have had - i used to learn singing as a kid but never enjoyed back then, she brought joy and life back into my voice, and I find myself looking forward to her classes.

She has boundless patience, voice of a nightingale, and very efficient teaching skills - which make even an adult, lazy student like me want to rehearse and come prepared for each class. The way she designs each class is interesting, the songs she hands out are gems and at the end of each class she also sends out audio clips of the song we did in class that day, as reference for practice.

If you want to reconnect with or find the singer in you afresh, I cannot recommend shilpi di enough to you. I really think shilpi di and her classes are among the best things that happened to me in the dark year of 2020!!

I have been learning vocal Music under Shilpi Debnath for last 2 years now and I can say that she is one of the best Music Teachers I have come across. She is equally versatile in teaching Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Geeti, Adhunik and Classical Music. She teaches children and older students with equal ease. The best part about her teaching style is that she adjusts to the specific needs of the student and gives personal attention to each student. Another aspect is that she uses e-learning tools to impart lessons to students who are unable to attend in person.

When I started searching for music teacher I had no idea who will be my guru and how she/he will be, but apparently I found my guru on an online platform.
