Hello, I'm Mert, I am a maritime student and sports have been part of my life since I was 10 years old. As an assistant coach, I started teaching my first lessons in high school. Apart from the basketball club I have been in, I had more than 10 individual students. And in the current pandemic period, if you are ready to stay healthy and fit by following social distance rules, you are in the right place;)

As we all know, if we want to stay healthy and fit as well as a beautiful and fit body, our golden rule is nutrition and sleep; After getting these in order, we can move on to cardio and weight training. 1 hour of our lesson; We will do regional or whole body workouts according to the number of weekly workouts we will do at an intense pace in the first 10 minutes of warming up and the last 10 minutes of cooling our muscles.
