I always explains the theory and the key methods of of topic first, and gives practices and questions to students to test them. By retelling the theory and correcting the student's mistakes, students can better understand the topics and having a better recognizance on the key points.
I always pay attention to the student's opinions and suggestions in order to adjust the learning paste to better teach the class.
I make summaries on the topics and the student's strength and weaknesses, and shows them to the students for them to review.
