My style of teaching depends on who it is that I am training. I have experience teaching ages as young as 4 years old and upwards.
Confidence building lessons:
While all lessons will have a blend of everything, these lessons are great for people who are shy and want to build their confidence through boxing. This is also great for children/young adults who are struggling to stand up for themselves in difficult situations (bullies). I have a passion for these lessons because there's nothing better than helping someone deal with a bully.
Self defence lessons:
These lessons will have a different dynamic to them, as I'll focus more on real-life situations where someone might try to attack you. These lessons will be focused on cues, signs and how to react when someone is likely to attack you. These lessons will teach you exactly how a punk will behave leading up to an attack.
Competitive amateur lessons:
This is where my real passion comes in, because competition is one of the most beautiful aspects of boxing. In these lessons, I'm going to assess what your strengths are and continue building onto them. I have a sharp eye for what people do very well. I don't sugar-coat anything here, I'll tell you what works and what you need to be doing to win your next fight.
