About Nadia
I'd like to tutor because my experience in academia has taught me that I excel in creating study materials, studying, and taking exams; and so I would like to share what I've learned and help other students to do the same. I take pride in my thorough understanding of my student's needs and tailoring my teaching style to them. I believe I am a friendly and compassionate person making me a good teacher.

I first like to understand the student's current level with a candid conversation and a look at previous work they've done. Based on this I like to tailor sessions to targeting their weak spots. I have experience with exam preparation in particular, in these cases I ensure there is a deep understanding of the material, and then an understanding of the mark schemes, and practise mock papers thoroughly and often. In many cases I've targeted essay planning, through this the student gains an understanding of the relationship between the material, the contexts surrounding the material, scholarship surrounding the material, and how to effectively answer the question.
