About Olive
I am currently a 4.0 GPA Archaeology and Anthropology Major in my 3rd year and was a 5.6 GPA student in high school. I currently hold an EKG and Veterinary Tech License and have certifications in 4 coding languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL). I scored a 1420 on my SAT and a 28 on my ACT.

Hello, I am Olive, and I’d love to be your tutor. I am a 21-year-old Archaeology and Anthropology major whose favorite hobby is reading and writing. Through both my studies and hobbies, I have become well-read through pieces ranging from Modern Classics (i.e., Herbert, Tolkien, Plath), Victorian Classics (i.e., Dickens, the Brontë sisters, Shelley), Elizabethan Classics (i.e., Shakespeare, Marlowe, Beaumont), and as far back as the Antiquity Period (i.e., Homer, Caesar, Aristotle). I meet with my clients virtually via Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc. A little about me personally: I live in Austin, TX, and have lived in Texas most of my life. I have studied subjects ranging from backend coding to fine arts. While all these pursuits have given me invaluable knowledge and lovely memories, my love and passion will always be history and literature. My favorite book is Moby Dick, as I sympathize both with the obsession-driven Captain Ahab and the instinctual and protective Moby Dick.
