Perfect! J'ai commencé mon accompagnement nutritionnel ainsi que mon renforcement musculaire avec Robin depuis peu et vois déjà du résultat sur ma perte de poids (sans pour autant révolutionner mon alimentation).
Concernant le renforcement musculaire, Robin sait motiver par sa personnalité joviale, ses séances toujours variées et complètes.
Il ne cherche pas dans mon cas à ce que je me surpasse, pour éviter tout dégoût ou blessures inutiles sachant que je viens de commencer, mais plutôt à adapter les exercices pour maximiser les résultats.
Je recommande Robin à quiconque cherche à améliorer sa condition physique ou à se sentir bien dans sa peau, sachant que vous trouverez une personne consciencieuse et passionnée par son métier.

J’ai fait appel à Robin à cause de mes rhumatisme qui m’handicape au quotidien. Depuis 1 an, je me sens largement mieux. Avec son expertise en sport santé, il m’a aidé a améliorer ma posture, ma mobilité et mon endurance.
Pratiquer seule est difficile pour moi mais avec Robin, je suis plus motivé car je comprends mieux ce que je fais et je vois surtout les progrès dans mon quotidien. Je ne compte pas m’arrêter !!
