About Vinh
Hi, I’m Vinh! I’m a Pharmaceutical Chemistry student and researcher at the University of Toronto, as well as an intern at Apotex. My studies and work have given me a strong foundation in chemistry, biology, and math, but I also understand that these subjects don’t always feel simple at first. That’s why I aim to be the kind of patient and approachable tutor I would have appreciated as a student.
Outside of school and research, I love watching movies, playing tennis, and going to the gym. I’m easygoing and genuinely enjoy getting to know my students, helping them feel comfortable, and seeing their confidence grow over time.

I know that asking for help can sometimes feel intimidating, so I do my best to make every lesson a comfortable and judgment-free space. My approach is patient, relaxed, and always guided by the student. I’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
Rather than simply giving you answers, I’ll help you understand why things work and find explanations that genuinely make sense to you. Whether we’re reviewing the basics, working through homework, or preparing for an important exam, you’ll always be encouraged to ask questions and speak up when something isn’t clicking.
My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling more confident, capable, and supported than when you started.
