My name is Izza Abid, and I am an Applied Psychology graduate from NUML University with a strong academic foundation and a passion for helping students succeed. As an Applied Psychology graduate from NUML University, I design my lessons to be interactive, student-centered, and deeply engaging. My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complex psychological concepts through real-life examples, case studies, and practical applications so students can easily understand and remember what they learn.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 75 minutes, depending on the learner’s preference and academic needs. I begin by assessing the student’s current understanding, strengths, and areas of improvement. Based on this, I create a personalized study plan that includes concept explanation, discussion-based learning, visual aids, practice questions, and revision.
I teach a wide range of topics including:
• Psychological theories and perspectives
• Cognitive, developmental, and social psychology
• Personality theories and abnormal psychology
• Research methods and report writing
