I am a qualified teacher of Food Preparation and Nutrition with 12 years' experience.
I have a genuine passion for the subject, from cooking and developing recipes to exploring different foods and cultures. I particularly enjoy the variety the GCSE NEAs bring each year, with NEA 2 offering excellent scope for students to develop a wide range of skills.
