Architectural Engineering student with a passion in the arts offering art lessons
Methodology
I would like to help the student understand, improve and develop their skills by providing a patient and supportive atmosphere, while also helping them find the tools to enhance and use their best skills to their advantage in the arts. Everyone is able to learn the arts when given the right atmosphere and level of patience, it's all a matter of utilising one's strongest points to produce the message they wish to get across in the visual arts, which is what I hope to help them find.
Experience
As an architectural engineer, I’ve applied for various architecture courses and participated in multitudes of art classes. As a result, I've had plenty of training in the arts, and also produced a successful art portfolio– something I've had to do by myself outside school due to lack of support in the school. This has helped me develop the tools to teach myself and other students in the arts. I’ve also won the Mont Blanc Calligraphy Competition in 2017, and currently lead the uni’s Stationery Society, where I regularly give calligraphy lessons. I paint, write and draw frequently to keep practicing and improving, so that I can continue to share my work, and skills, with others!

I had Baldan tutor me for roughly half a year with a subject I was struggling with. The tutoring hours were really relaxed and helpful, given that Baldan was really patient and would explain the same concept multiple times if needed without getting "frustrated". I had the feeling that no question was too dumb to ask which greatly improved my learning process. Overall I would definitely recommend Baldan to anyone seeking extra assistance.
Baldan is calm, kind and considerate with a level of patience unmatched by most and all of this combines to give her an excellent temperament for tutoring.

Baldan tutored me for 2 years consecutively, and before every major exam for the best two years. Could never ask for a better teacher. She is calm, and understanding, and takes her time to explain things without making you feel stupid. Without her I don’t know where I’d be today!!!
