Teaching exists for me because the scent of wooden strings reminds me of Sunday afternoons in my grandfather's home. My work relies on the foundation of a BMus Popular Music from Queensland Conservatorium and a Licenciatura from Argentina. I carry 8 years of experience into every interaction. Students often find that exploring rhythm guitar and strumming patterns builds a deep connection to music.
I emphasize blues progressions and reading sheet music to ensure a complete understanding of the instrument. Developing ear training and learning proper tuning and maintenance are also essential components of my approach. It is genuinely gratifying to watch a student bridge the gap between technical skill and cultural expression. Helping others discover the nuance of these traditions is what I find most enjoyable.
