About Jeanie
My name is Jeanie, I am a 28 year old sculptor living in Edinburgh. I graduated with a 1st from Glasgow University in Art history and an A*in my A levels for the same subject from Stowe School.
What I find particularly fascinating is how art interweaves with history, politics and economics to offer a deeper understanding of the zeitgeist of a particular period, and how those influences continue to shape our world today. I think art provides an extraordinary insight into the emotional and cultural responses of people living through a particular moment in history. It's something I find incredibly rewarding to explore and discuss.

My techniques are repetition and visual imagery helping the pupil to build a story around the information so it is easier and more enjoyable to absorb. There is a specific formulaic way to answering A level exams, I will help my pupil to understand how to approach this.
Typical length of session is 1 hour / 1.5 hours online and up to half a day in person.
The lessons are for A level students
