About Amava
I am Amava, a South American woman, social worker, artist, social and environmental educator, traveler, freelancer, and art therapist.
I love nature and I maintain experiential spaces of deep ecology, to connect with the earth and recognize ourselves as part of it.
I believe that the arts are a universal and ancient language of humanity. For me, what matters is the creative moment and full presence, not the technique. I work with the arts as allies to foster personal and ecosocial transformations.
I traveled for 6 years through South America, then I lived for 3 years in Australia, and I am currently studying a master's degree in Spain.

I am Amava, a woman, South American, social worker, social and environmental educator, traveler and art therapist.
I will accompany you in this Art Therapy experience, in which:
-We work through art, to connect with your inner world.
- You are our compass, and we focus the work on what you want and need to work on, such as a personal or lineage wound, discovering your inner world, self-knowledge, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, emotional management, etc.
- In each session we work with artistic materials and techniques such as drawing, writing, collage, photography, among others, but our focus is not the technique but the journey of self-knowledge.
- My sessions are aimed at anyone who wants to get to know themselves through the arts.
