About Allice
I am a committed piano tutor with 11 years of experience teaching students from school to college level. Music has always been my passion, and teaching allows me to share that passion every day.
I strongly believe that every student can succeed with proper guidance and encouragement. Throughout my career, I have guided many learners to overcome difficulties and improve steadily.
A major milestone in my journey was mentoring beginners who later performed confidently in front of audiences. I focus on building strong basics, proper hand coordination, rhythm control, and musical understanding.
I keep my lessons simple and easy to follow, while also challenging students to grow. My classroom atmosphere is friendly, motivating, and disciplined. I feel proud when my students gain confidence and develop a deep love for music.

My approach to teaching piano focuses on complete musical development through Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I design personalized lesson plans that balance technical exercises, theoretical knowledge, and performance skills. Motivation keeps students focused and positive, and I regularly acknowledge their achievements while guiding them patiently through challenges.
Communication is simple and engaging, ensuring students understand tempo, articulation, scale techniques, chord progressions, and dynamics clearly. I provide detailed demonstrations and repeat concepts when necessary. Integrity ensures that I remain dedicated, organized, and honest in tracking progress.
Creativity is integrated into my lessons through improvisation sessions, playing by ear, exploring harmonies, and experimenting with expressive playing. Along with piano lessons, I also teach music theory, rhythm development, harmony basics, and keyboard skills to provide comprehensive musical education.
