I am an Ashtanga and Yin yoga practitioner. In Ashtanga, I have completed the primary series, however, yin is my yoga-form choice for teaching.

About Yashika

My name is Yashika. Movement practices have always been my passion, however I could not pursue them until recently, which is when I quit my high paying, corporate job. I am an MBA graduate with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. The satisfaction and impact that I felt with my yoga practice greatly moved me, and now I want to share this practice!

About the lesson

The class with begin with an introduction, based on your practice level (beginner/ regular/ advanced), for 2-3 minutes and then it will go straight into a 35-40 minutes practice, followed by a 5-10 minutes of Shivasana. For the class, you may even make special requests for practice direction (spine, lower back, hamstrings, etc.).
