About Grace
Hey! I’m a Degree Apprentice working in Financial Services at a global firm. I left school a year early and successfully built a strong academic foundation, achieving 6 As in SQA Higher qualifications.
Unfortunately, many students still feel that university is the only pathway available after school. I’m here to share my experience of pursuing a degree apprenticeship, explain what the journey is really like, and provide guidance for anyone interested in exploring this route — from applications and interviews to CV advice and making the right career decisions.

My aim is to support each individual in understanding their own strengths, experiences, and potential, and help them translate these into a strong personal brand that recruiters can recognise. Together, we’ll work on creating effective CVs, cover letters, and personal statements that accurately showcase your skills and achievements.
Alongside application support, I’m also happy to share my own experience of pursuing a degree apprenticeship in Financial Services — from understanding whether an apprenticeship is the right pathway for you, to navigating applications, interviews, and the transition from school into the workplace.
Whether you’re looking to improve your current applications, explore alternative routes after school, or build confidence in presenting yourself professionally, I’m here to help you develop skills that will be valuable throughout your career.
