As an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry, I provide clear, structured, and engaging lessons that connect fundamental concepts with real-world applications in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, materials, and environmental science.
My teaching approach combines conceptual explanation, step-by-step problem solving, reaction mechanisms, visual representations, and practical examples. I focus on helping students understand why a chemical reaction occurs rather than simply memorizing reactions and rules. A typical lesson begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by an explanation of the new topic using simple examples and reaction schemes.
