About Maxine
I've been an Athlete my whole life and have always enjoyed sport. I love being able to share that passion with others and help them to find a way of enjoying movement that supports their lifestyle and helps them have fun. I started coaching gymnastics early in my life, while I was a competitive gymnast. I have experience across various other sports including rugby, dancing, football, athletics and rowing. My time in these sports has exposed me to various different ways of moving and training, which allows me to tailor learning to each client I assist. I am the Athlete Wellbeing Ambassador and Coach Mentor at Eastern Suburbs Gymnastics Club in Auckland.

I work with people of all ages, and have extensive experience with children having been a gymnastics coach since the age of 13.
Each lesson is personally tailored to each client, focusing on skills that are of interest to you/your child while building the strength and flexibility to support your body to complete such skills. Experience level and space are also taken into consideration.
