About Hasan
Hasan Amin is a filmmaker, visual storyteller, and creative director based in Dubai.
He helps brands and organizations translate ideas into clear, cinematic visual narratives across film, advertising, and digital platforms.
As the founder of HAYZ Film, Hasan leads a production team focused on intentional storytelling—prioritizing story, emotion, and visual clarity over trend-driven execution. His work spans feature films, commercials, documentaries, and music videos, produced for both regional and international audiences.
Hasan’s projects have been broadcast and distributed on platforms including Netflix, OSN, and Shahid, and his work has been recognized by CNN and the BBC. Alongside his creative practice, Hasan is a cinematography educator and Sony education partner, where he focuses on developing visual thinking and decision-making in emerging filmmakers.

My teaching approach is focused on real-world best practices and story-driven. My goal is to train your eye, not just give you information. We break down scenes, shoot, review, I focus on helping students understand why choices are made, not just how. Lessons combine visual analysis, shooting techniques, and hands-on exercises inspired by professional film sets.
Each session typically lasts 90–120 minutes, allowing time for both theory and applied practice.
With over a decade of teaching experience since 2013, a degree from the High Cinema Institute (Academy of Arts, Egypt), and international recognition from BBC and CNN, I bring both academic and industry insight into every lesson.
My classes are designed for beginners, aspiring filmmakers, and advanced students, as well as professionals looking to refine their visual storytelling. Suitable for teens, university students, and adults.
