About Jerome
I am a College Professor for Adults and an Ontario Certified Teacher for students in K-12, currently pursuing my Doctorate in Education. I enjoy teaching, learning and laughing with students. I am a Second Career Teacher with a previous career of 25 years in Tax Auditing and Policing. I am also a Bronze Medal Winning Triathlete.

The philosopher Plato thought of education as a means to achieve both individual and social justice. According to Plato, individual justice can be obtained only when each individual develops his or her ability to the fullest.
I also believe there is a grander purpose of education in a society. I consider education as a pivotal driver of change, advancement, and equality in society. I believe students learn best with a teacher that creates a warm, caring, fun and supportive environment where they always feel comfortable.
