About Arnold
I am an award-winning writer-director, and game narrative designer from Nairobi, Kenya, but working globally. I graduated from Columbia University in the City of New York with a degree in film studies, and have been telling stories since.
I have several credits to my name having written and directed feature films, TV series, animated projects, micro-dramas, and games, both locally and internationally. I have also published a middle-grade sci-fi novel and I am working on my next book.
I am co-founder of STUDIO M&A where I am developing several African genre projects including two sci-fi features, and an action adventure animated series currently being co-developed with a prominent Hollywood producer.

I help anyone who wants to tell a great story, whether you are a beginner, a student, or an experienced writer trying a new format like books, movies, TV shows, video games, or short vertical videos on TikTok.
Every good story starts with the same simple basics: creating people your audience cares about, giving them struggles we can relate to, and keeping the audience hooked from start to finish.
My lessons are entirely focused on you. We always start by getting to know who you are, why you want to tell your story, and figuring out the best way to bring it to life. From there, we look at how other great stories work and practice writing your own piece step-by-step with my guidance.
I won't force you into any particular style. I'll help you, instead, to find your voice and the right set of practical tools to make it heard.
