About Binoy
I am an AYUSH Govt. Certified Yoga Teacher & Neurotherapist with over 10 years of practical experience, actively conducting yoga sessions since 2016.
I regularly conduct yoga classes in our company colony, focusing on overall health, stress relief, and lifestyle improvement. In addition, I have taken special yoga sessions at various schools, colleges, institutes, and corporate organizations, helping people from different backgrounds achieve better physical and mental well-being.
I have been actively involved in organizing and conducting sessions on International Yoga Day (IYD) at multiple locations:
IYD 2017 – Bolani (Odisha): 385 participants
IYD 2018 – Barajamda (Jharkhand): 487 participants
IYD 2019 – Barbil (Odisha): 85 participants
IYD 2020 – Essel Mining (Jilling Mines, Odisha): Conducted online sessions covering all branches during the COVID pandemic
2021–2025 – Barbil (Odisha): Continuously conducting IYD programs under the Government of Odisha
I have also provided personal yoga training to senior professionals, including:
President of Arya Group, Barbil – Mr. Bhatt
President of Essel Mining, Barbil – Mr. Pavan Kakani
