About Tshiamo
My name is Thia and I'm from a beautiful country called South Africa. I am an IT student doing my Bachelors in Computing, and in my spare time, I crochet, bake, watch cartoons, paint, sketch, and many other things. I love learning and am currently learning sign language. I love learning about different cultures and meeting new people.
I am a native English speaker and a tutor on multiple platforms.
I am currently acquiring a TESOL certificate. I have been tutoring for about a year in person and decided to give online tutoring a shot last year.

My teaching style involves doing and showing. I always have visual and audio aids and don't rely only on reading, as we all have different learning styles. Once I get to know my student's preferences, I use that to customize the lesson plans to get better results.
I am profiecint in English and Afrikaans. English at a native level and Afrikaans at a fluent level.
In a lesson with me, expect a lot of conversation, engagement, reassurance as well as affirmations. You will also receive exercises to continue practicing.
