About Dola
I’m Dola, a composer, music producer and DJ who has recently completed my Bachelor of Music in Composition at the Australian Institute of Music. I write and produce my own music, and have worked on jingles and co-written electronic music with other artists and producers. My degree has also given me a strong foundation in music theory, composition, arrangement and production.
As a DJ, I have performed at clubs, venues and events across Sydney, including Ivy 33, Kings Cross Hotel and Tiki 33, playing both electronic and commercial music. Through performing and being actively involved in Sydney’s music scene, I’ve built connections with DJs, promoters and venues. I bring this practical experience together with my musical knowledge to make my lessons clear, engaging and confidence-building, while helping students develop their own skills and musical identity.

I offer personalised, practical lessons tailored to your goals and experience. Lessons are typically one hour and combine music theory with hands-on learning.
I can teach DJing, beatmatching, transitions, phrasing and set building, as well as music composition, music theory and Logic Pro. I can also recommend free software alternatives for beginners.
All ages and experience levels are welcome!
