About Koj
I am Physical Education Student. I am also a professional trainer. I train students of different ages from 10 to 60. I believe fitness is as necessary as being educated. I want people to fall in love with their physicality.

During my course in Physical education I had a teacher whose methods of teaching and exercising was unique compared to what I have had watched. You could witness everytime during his class most of the students would appear to attend his class. Why because he had some techniques of teaching which could be followed by every students despite of differences in physicality. People loved him then I decided when I have students of my own I want them to fall in love with there daily exercise routine.
