About Danielle
I trained in dance specialising in ballet gaining a scholarship and 3-year diploma certification at the professional Hammond school in Chester.
I have been a dancer for many years performing in various locations over time and then naturally progressed into ballet teaching working freelance at schools around London.
My aim is for you to feel more confident in ballet dance as well as benefiting from improved posture, body tone and injury prevention.

We will focus first on what you would like to achieve from the session and I will then do a tailor-made lesson plan keeping these goals in mind. The lesson structure will be a warm-up, barre work, centre work and then a stretch and cool down to finish.
